# Atatürk Orman Çiftliği Museum and Exhibition Hall
We invite you to Ankara to trace the footprints of the past. Originally established as a stable in 1925 and later converted into a wine and storage facility, this historic venue has become a special museum today that preserves Istanbul’s valuable art and cultural heritage.
The collection housed in the museum is a living testament to the industrial and agricultural development of the era. From the first ice cream-making machine used on the farm to vintage agricultural tools, from veterinary equipment to antique barrels, numerous original artifacts are carefully displayed. These pieces, which tell the story of life and working conditions of the period, bring to light the arduous labor of past generations.
In particular, the “Traces of the Past” photography exhibition, curated from the Henri Benazus collection, presents a valuable visual archive encompassing different moments of Atatürk. With its clean, well-maintained, and authentic atmosphere, the museum also hosts various art exhibitions and academic events.
This venue, open for free visits, awaits you for a journey through history and culture every day from 08:00 to 17:00 (closed Mondays and Tuesdays).
