# Rezan Has Museum
Hidden within the historic fabric of Cibali, the Rezan Has Museum is far more than just an art space; it’s a unique meeting point that opens the door to Istanbul’s multilayered past. Housed within Kadir Has University, this building has transformed from what was once the heart of the tobacco industry into a structure that tells stories in every corner.
On the ground floor, you encounter the power of the old tobacco factory. By examining its machinery, archives, and period photographs, you weave yourself into the fabric of an era. Downstairs, archaeological treasures await you: a collection spanning from Urartu period bronze belts to Ottoman-era artifacts and the Seferikos Cistern from Byzantine times. Pieces from the Hellenistic and Early Roman periods are displayed here.
The carefully curated exhibition layout and quality presentation set this museum apart from others. The personal memorial corner dedicated to Kadir and Rezan Has adds an intimate and heartfelt touch.
Museum card holders receive free entry; without a card, admission is 150 TL.
